Not much to report today after being rudely awoken by the alarm clock at 3pm :-) Still, that 12.5 hour snooze, sure felt good after missing out on a night's sleep on Saturday.
Sadly, we then spent 3 hours in an Internet cafe, attempting to check-in online, then making endless Skype calls when it failed. Somehow, Dean's name had been switched to Julie and our travel agent had failed to mention we needed a visa to enter Australia. Thankfully we got an eVisitor permit almost instantly and could check-in.
We decided to try and make the most of the day, so went to Mount Faber and Sentosa - the resort island with Universal Studios et al. - by cable car. On Sentosa, we rode the luge to the bottom of the hill and took the chairlift back. Julie claims she "won" as she overtook as Dean slowed down to let her catch up and finish together...
We finished the night in Chinatown, walking round the colourful and noisy Night Market. The whole area is a hive of activity as the residents prepare to celebrate the Chinese New Year of the Rabbit. Anyway, I've rabbit-ed on for long enough...
