The level of wealth contained in the tiny principality was out of control, but so too was the scenery (and I'm not just talking about the topless sunbathers). Mountains and the Mediterranean made for a winning combination. It was a stunning 38 degrees without the humidity, so walking any long distances was a challenge. We hung out at the beach and saw the sights by city bus.

I would definitely like to come back to Monaco someday, but I fear I would need to save a lifetime to afford one night in a hotel. Not surprisingly, there weren't any Hampton Inn's to be found...
