Thursday 14th April 2011- We flew from Cusco to Lima and made our way to Miraflores. Its a gorgeous part of the city- reminded me of Melbourne, so different to Cusco. Downtown Lima was good but not that much to see/do. We had a pretty chilled few days, lots of good food and nice walks. Not much else though so I'll move onto our next destination...BRAZIL!

We took a horrid bus from Puno to Arequipa, 6.5hours of discomfort and wierdness! We were the only 2 tourists on the whole bus and to be honest, we were glad and slightly surprised to make it off in one piece! Puno, Peru: 30th March-3rd April 2011 To get to Puno, we took a 3hour bus (£2,50) from Copacabana, Bolivia. We had to cross the border on foot and meet the bus at the other side- all very organised and easy which is not always the case.
