Hey Everyone,

Just a quick hello from London! On the weekend we were blessed with blue skies and fabulous long awaited hot sunshine - about 28 degrees! So the best thing to do in this weather is to head to Regents Park, lay out a picnic blanket, have some lovely nibbles and of course invite lots of friends to share the day. The boys were in their element with frisbees and rugby balls flying through the air and nearly clonking people on their heads. I myself am also a bit of a frisbee pro I might add!

Brilliant start to a gorgeous weekend. Shane and I with Kate W ended up staying in the park till about 8pm as it was simply to divine to leave. We then headed to the Pub for a couple of white wine spritzers (Shane with a Pint as he is not a lady). It was so nice being able to stand outside with the blue night sky above us and take advantage of the perfect weather. Later we then filled up on some good Italian at one of the local restaurants.

Sunday came and Shane and I headed back to Regents for even more sun and just chilled all afternoon in hire chairs watching the world go by!

Monday is proving difficult - being shut in an airconditioned office when there is sunshine to be had.....
