Wine tasting, Rafting and Radio dj`s

Left Santiago on one of the best buses we`ve had...had an amazing scenic ride right through the Andes. It was fab!

Arrived Mendoza and went straight for the vineyards! we hired some bikes and cycled about 15km from vineyard to vineyard. must admit we were expecting a drunken cycle home, but we were so wrapped up in the oaky, the fruity, the fullbodied and the swirling of the glasses that we ended up having a ladies day out! we both feel like real pro`s and i reckon we could distinguish any kind of wine by now! Had a really nice day, although bike seats wern`t the most comfortable!

Left Mendoza on a 18 hour bus for Salta. Michael Moore was sat below us!! not kidding!!! Salt didn´t sleep much because she was just so exited, not about MM but because she was actually going home! Arrived in Salta, and immediately ran around the city finding `Salta` things everywhere! salta shops, salta beer, salta chairs, salta guitars....even a salta radio! We were both invited to the Salta radio station to do their new year jingle (think "the chris moyles show national radio one...") we had to say "Maxima reversa, in sessions, 101.1 city radio, feel the rhythm through your brains and soul, summer 2007 electronic music, maxima reversa" !!! and get this, we were on the bus to white water rafting today and it came on!!! we were on the radio!!! amazing!!!!

ye, so today we went white water rafting! had an awsome time, we both fell in a couple times, and had a massive mud fight with the four argentinian`s that shared our dingy -one was the spitting image of the incredible hulk, absolute identical twin! (Saz, we hope your ready for rafting in NZ cos we both defiently want to do loads more!!!)
