MI: great start to the morning with Gobinda, Himal and Dipesh meeting us at the hotel at 6am to kickoff the trekking. Stepped outside the gate and were met with a street vendor selling pastries, beautiful. A 10 min walk to the bus station where we boarded a local bus for the 5 hr ride to Besisahar. A bit of a commotion as people had tickets with seat allocations but all the seats were taken. Bad luck! The bus stopped and started with people getting on and off most of the way. No goats or anything exotic! Arrived at Besisahar around 11, had a stale muffin thing from the bakery and got on the road. We decided to head off the road and onto a trail on the other side of the river which was really cool, although a bit steeper than the alternative. Little villages with kids playing, people working in the fields etc.....Nice. Arrived at Bhulbhule around 2pm. It's only 840m. We indulged in a beer, momos, and Dhalbhat before having a relaxed afternoon. Not much to look at in the village. Chris cut the front out of his Croc so they would fit. 8pm now, others have all turned in so will follow suit!
