G'Day!

Made it safely to Melbourne though the flight was a bit more bumpy than I would've liked and I was sitting next to a VERY flatulent old lady....Less said about that the better really.

Anyway the last few days in Nadi were great until Nicky and Kay DESERTED me! Though they were on their way to the States so I suppose I could let them off. Was very sad to leave them, we'd had a great time since NZ (FACT x) so to keep busy I decided to head to the islands for my last few days. Headed to Long Beach (The longest beach in the Yasawas...) then Beachcomber. From Long Beach I took a trip to the Blue Lagoon (Where the movie was filmed) and it was STUNNING. Check out the pics!

Beachcomber is the "Party Island" of the Mamanucas so as you can imagine I wasn't looking forward to getting there...had a fairly quiet night as the people I met were very sensible, one Bula dance and off to bed! In my 100 bed dorm!!! I really did feel like little orphan Annie! I think had I been with a bigger group it would've been an awesome night but it was probably a good thing I wasn't (Purely for my purse and liver!).

After Beachcomber I went to Bounty Island for my last night in Fiji (Where Celebrity Love Island was filmed!) It was stunning. Lovely blue sea and a pool by the bar. I set up camp by the pool and spent the day sunning myself!

The next day I left the island and went straight to the airport and now I'm in Melbourne. Unfortunately the road trip I was supposed to do with the Magic Bus people has fallen through so I'm going to get on a more organised trip instead (Knowing my navigation skills this is probably...no DEFINITELY a better option as I'm on my own!) Hoping to catch up with Michelle (Scott) and a few other people before I head towards Sydney.
