Arrived at phnom penh yesterday after a 6 hour bus ride. On the way I (Jessie) encouraged emma and sonia to eat some fried spider and crickets with me. Met some fellow travellers and played some pool and after a few cocktails got roped into some karaoke! Then in the evening managed to get my passport, cards n my money stolen! Very stressful and upsetting time!!! Today did some cultural stuff- visited the museum and killing fields of Choueng Ek. Extremely sad......

Had an IMMENSE day today :D Visited Angkor wat and Angkor Tom today and its been extremely eventful. 1- Learnt how to barter today- managed to reduce prices on our room and some gifts! yey! 2-Tuk tuk to temples (had mint driver called Robin :) ) 3- me (Jessie) got too close to a monkey who then chased me and tried to bite me!!! (so so scary... luckily i escaped retreating to the safety of the Tuk tuk!) 4- Sonia and emma got verbally abused by some cambodian g...

So after travelling for 25 hours and eating curry for lunch, dinner AND breakfast we have finally reached Siem Reap! wahoo :) It had only been a few hours when we managed to lose a passport and almost miss our connection but luckily we were saved by the lovely amazing people that work in mumbai airport (absolute legends!), who managed to locate said passport on our previous plane! Now we are chilling in the our lovely guesthouse and experiencing our feet nibbled...
