Hello - now back from Oz/NZ/HK and after reading your Buenos Aires report might add it to our list. Got your last e-mail in Queenstown I think. Will be in touch with you to exchange notes. Might emigrate to NZ (south island).

It's been great to catch up with your photos. Really stunning. Apart from the one of your feet in clapped out sandals, Eric. Looks like you've been neglecting your tootsies.
I've spent most of this year celebrating being 40 with trips to Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Dublin, Crieff Hydro to name a few. Most recently went to New York with Mum and Ashley and we had a brilliant time (those gals sure can shop!!). We're looking forward to catching up with Mum and Dad over a few sherries this weekend. Next stop - Tenerife in January. Not quite as exotic as your travels but at least our feet are in better nick than yours...... Love to you both!

Just got home from a mid week break to Arran for extended birthday celebrations! Had a really relaxing time and we thought Arran was lovely. Boys stayed at mum and dad's for the week. I think things went well there!!
Hope you are both well. Longer e-mail to follow soon.

Latest pix look good, especially the one with the grubby trainer. Your trainers have always been a bit of a problem since the days of putting them out the window at Union Row.
We're settled into chilly November after out trip to Majorca and are now in the midst of the Birthday Season, including now having a 40-year-old daughter. Jay and Betts were up for Craig's 12th and tonight we're off to Jessica's to celebrate her 8th. We are almost all partied out.

Some great pictures from Machu Picchu but I am sure that the one of Eric was taken at the top of the Cairn O' Mount!!

Well its now been a couple of weeks since we last spoke. We are keeping up to date on your whereabouts on your blog etc. You sound like you are keeping busy?
We are all well. Hannah is still loving School. She is making new friends and already has a long list of party invites!! Izzy is doing well too. She is now mobile and nothing in our house is no longer safe! Especially the TV/DVD/Wii etc. She loves Roo and likes to try and follow her around the room. Luckily Roo doesn't mind.
Rob and I are both well, not a lot to report there.
Speak soon properly by email.
Love

Auntie Chrissie & Uncle Jack
Hi both. Once again as you might guess, we are at Anne & Glenn's on holiday. Good to catch up with your travels. Glad you are still enjoying your travels. We were talking to Jim and Valery - from Glasgow - last week at Glenn & Anne's grandson's first birthday party. They were down in this area on holiday and popped over for the day - and a party - and the night!!! They were very interested in your travels.
Uncle Jack is doing well considering he is 93. Auntie Chrissie claims to be a poor soul!
Take care
Love and best wishes

Settled back home again after a most enjoyable visit down south. We were quite lucky with the weather and were able to have several meals out in the garden at Knolls Close, including a BBQ. We visited some favourite places, including Richmond Park,Epsom,Kingston, and Chartwell. It was especially nice meeting Izzy, and of course all the rest of the family.Hope the hip is bearing up, and that you are both having a good time.

Buenos Dias amigos. Pretty impressive Spanish - eh? I'll learn some Portuguese when you reach Brazil. You're obviously still enjoying the travelling. We have 6 weeks to go before Oz/NZ. Andrew is back in Wellington and probably going back to Kerikeri. He wondered why you weren't around to buy him and Morven another slap-up meal. They have to decided to come home after our visit as NZ has a bit of a recession. Unless of course you want him to meet up with you in South America. He likes steaks as you know!
Get in touch when you get a chance.

Happy Travelling Anniversary as you start your third year on the road. We hope that you are enjoying thr first of your travels in South America..
We are having a great time with D & R including a super meal last night at the Mandarin.
This morning we have thunder and lightening and torrential rain so Julie and Rob will be hoping it all passes over before Izzy's christening this afternoon.
