I now have my outline itinerary for Cambodia which I have emailed to you. Hope we can travel together for a day or so.

Helloooo!!
I'm back from Botswana! Had the most fantasic time. Was mad busy (not a holiday, you know!). Neutered 230 dogs which is a bloody lot! Managed to play hard too though and we were treated like kings. We went on an overnight safari and camped out with the lions ( I mean it!). Was fabulous! One day you'll see the photos (which I would imagine will take slightly less time than it will take for me to see yours!). Glad you are still enjoying yourself. That cut throat razor photo looked a bit scary though. A woman! Shaving your beard! What were you thinking?!
Take care
Love Gills xx

Dear Min and Miness
Checked out your pics and postcards tonight as I hadnt visited for a few weeks. You've certainly encountered some different characters and eating experiences and life in Ashtead, Surrey and having a few beers in the Leg of Mutton and Cauliflower must be far from you thoughts.
Have you found a Wetherspoons yet? Must be one somewhere close to Cambodian Border called Pol Pot Still or Kihmir On Inn.
Life goes on here in Glesga. Pissing down rain for the last thre days so much so the two budgies Billy and Tim have finally started to talk and want me to build an ark in the back green.
Christine sends her regards and I hope to meet her for a few swallies very soon. You two will no doubt come into our conversation.
Well happy trails and just keep on trucking. All the best Jim B x

Hi! Your trip so far sounds amazing, look forward to hearing about what you've been up to. I've sent a message and a couple of wedding pics to your virgin account. Hopefully they haven't crashed your inbox! xx

Eventually found my way onto your web page. The story so far sounds & looks fascinating and makes rainy North Wales seem a bit tame. I have now reached the downside of my new job ,joining queuing traffic on M4,M5,M6 in pouring rain and people committing suicide jumping from a bridge over the M5.I think I would rather be with you two.The family are all well and wish you all the best.
Hi, i am vic ,i think you still visite china, I have poor written skills , sorry, Hope you can meet friendily pepole for around world! If you have any problem in China ,just call me !

Hi everyone and thanks for all your messages - we really look forward to reading them when we have a chance to log in. We bought a palm-held pc so we can access the internet via local sim cards. Great idea, but it's currently playing up!!
We're sorry we're missing the birthday season so, in date order -
Natalie - pleased you had a great birthday and good luck with the driving (but really glad we're in China!)
Casey - a happy 2nd birthday
Susan - a happy xxxx birthday and hope Bruce cooks you a lovely meal (as he does all the time anyway)
Craig - happy birthday and congratulations, you'll reach double figures!! This means you have to start doing the dishes, washing the clothes and cutting the grass!
Jessica - happy birthday to you too - you'll soon be 6! Is that the number of boyfriends you've got now??
A big happy birthday to all and love from China.

Evening! Your OTHER favourite God daughter here (watch it, Natalie!). Despite my lack of posts on this board, I have been watching your goings ons. All looks and sounds great. Bet there's been many a comment along the lines of "Best thing we've ever done"! Glad you are enjoying yourselves. Hear from Dad you've been clothes shopping in China. Margaret, you are tiny so I'm sure you found many lovely things. However, Eric, you are slightly largerthan the average Chinese man, so I have a lovely image of you in your Chinese "shorts". Hee hee. Anyhoo, I'm off on my trip to Botswana tomorrow. I'm very excited but totally unprepared. Wonder where I get than from...?! I'll post again when I'm back (mid November). Take care. Gills xx (and a-very-hungry-for-the-next-three-weeks-Stuart) x

Hi Both,
How is everything going? Mum said you phoned this past week and sounded as if you were having a gret trip (5 star hotels is a bit of a cheat though!). I see from your site that you are off to see some Pandas. Be careful, as these are very agressive fighting animals....very rarely see one without a blackeye! Should be another great experience.
Keep having fun!

Keep the photos coming as it makes us feel we're on the journey. We were up in Montrose at the weekend and got speaking to a couple at breakfast. When I mentioned Eric Scott and Ian Paton he informed me he was Derek Knight's brother and that he was seeing your(Eric) cousin Glen who as far as I can remember is meeting you in Cambodia ? A small world or maybe in your case not so small. You seem to have had great weather although it's been pretty good here. I even managed Ravelston today in a polo shirt !
