Day 4: the bears had gone this morning and they'd brought Darren and Sparky back. Not sure if that's an improvement or not but hey. As we rode away from the camp we passed two friendly Spanish motorbike cops who were busy beating a motorist with a big stick for having a light out. I waved and one of them saluted us before going back to their victim. Spanish police are great don't you think. I forgot to mention the poo smell yesterday but it was still there and was evident today as well. I've asked the other two and they have both promised they haven't poo'd in my crash helmet at all so I can only think it must be Spain that smells of poo. It's an odd thing to smell of but Norfolk always seems to smell of cabbage so who knows. Today has been hard work as it's been a day on the motorways but we've made it to Marbella and got a few spares and treated ourselves to a nice curry. Yet again our choice of campsite has impressed us. Rock hard pitches with feral cats roaming about and savage killer ants with sharp pointy teeth but no trains or loud music. Not that it would matter if we had trains & loud music as you wouldn't be able to hear them over the sound of the dual carriageway that is right next to us!!! On the plus side though I'm hoping I won't be able to hear the angry bears tonight. Plan for tomorrow is to get up early and do the 40 miles to Algeciras, get ferry tickets and go to Morocco. Sounds simple but when we are involved who knows what will happen. Tune in again soon folks to find out what the Not Top Gear Team have been up to on their mid life crisis tour of Europe and North Africa.
