We arrived in Airlie Beach at about 9.30 am after a 12 hour night bus journey from Hervey Bay and then we had to find the port at which our boat was docking from to travel around the Whitsunday Islands. Hello again! Well what can i say?! The Fraser Island trip was certainly one of those once in a life time events that i will never forget! Fraser Island is about a 40 minute ferry ride from Hervey Bay where we stayed for the night before getting up at 6.00 am (aaggh!) to have our briefing for the trip! Hi there! Well another week has flown past and i am now in the town of Kuta, Bali. We arrived last Sunday after flying from Singapore. we were a little unsure of whether to come to Kuta or not as this is where the 3 'Bali bombings' took place only last year.
