So following the trek thought it would be nice to have a slow day and had a wander through the town looking at some markets and other sites. After bumping into to Paul and Sue they invited me out to grab something to eat with them and also to join them later for a drink or two........a bottle of vodka later and I've been invited to join them on the next bit of their tour.
First though we visited a Women's Correctional Facility for a thai massage it has been set up as they coming to the end of their sentence and are trying to earn money for the outside world thankfully conversation was at a minimum as I clearly didn't want them to know what if did for a living!
Another place that we visited was a further temple with Rebecca, Alexis me and Sue here we were blessed with holy water and given a bracelet for luck, fingers crossed. The photo is of the golden Buddha located at the front o the temple. We also visited the local night market in Chaing Mai it was incredibly busy and incredibly cheap too!
