Greetings from Budapest! Well the most random thing on earth just happened to me. I was walking down the street with Jackie and Annelise and I hear someone call out my name, so I turn around and it's a friend I used to work with in Terry White Chemists who I haven't seen in two and a half years. CRAZY! Here I am in Hungary of all places and we happen to see each other, not in Newcastle, no but in Budapest. The world is small. Moving right along, when we arrived in Budapest we went straight to our hotel and got ready for our Danube river cruise and dinner. We headed out with a local guide who showed us various parts of the city, we had a group photo then hopped on board the boat for a buffet dinner. After dinner we went up on deck to enjoy the beautiful illuminated buildings on both sides of the danube. We were lucky to have such good weather, as you may have heard that there has been pretty heavy flooding in some parts of europe and budapest will flood a little on sunday because the water is on its way from another country. Today is a free day to explore and do whatever, we've been taking it easy today and relaxing a little, everyone's sleeping patterns are completely whacked now. But it's all part of the fun.
