Well we've been meeting up with Becki and Chris everyday since getting here. We've been relaxing by their pool and swimming in the sea. We've also been doing abit of shopping and have bought ourselves some snorkels.
We decided to rent a scooter for a few days to go and explore some different beaches. Becki and Chris joined us, but in a car. Although we never found an amazingly clear beach to go snorkelling, it was still good getting to go and explore the island some more.
Tomorrow Becki and Chris are off to the Anthong marine park. We would love to go as well but I've hurt my hand and need to stay out of the water for a bit. We found a swing hanging over the sea, so I swung out and decided to dive off into the sea. The water wasn't as deep as I thought so I went hand first into the rocks and coral. I ended up cutting my index and middle finger quite badly. It's a good job Sarah learnt how to ride a scooter in India because she had to ride it back to the hotel so we could clean my cuts and bandage them up. The ride back to the hotel was pretty crazy, Sarah managed to go through a red light and turn into oncoming traffic, she got us back to the hotel in one piece and thats all that matters.
So tomorrow we are going to see about booking a boat and bus to go to Koh Phi Phi. It looks really nice on all the pictures, hope the weathers alright while we're there.
