Dear all,

Ok so i have actually been very busy the last few days, we have completed the inca trail, which was an amazing experience ! the fist day when we atarted walking it was sunny and very pleasant and eally the first day wasnt that hard it only rained for an hour or so in the aftenoon just before we got to camp. We had nineteen porters and two guides carrying our stuff on the inca trail and they are amazing people they un the trail with 25 kilos on there back .

So apart fromt he ain the fist day was pleasant, the second day consisted of an uphill hike for about 4 hours and this was done jsut before it started pouring with rain, however two hours later we were at camp witha hot drink !

The third day altho not the hardest was actually the most difficult because it rained all day and nobodies waterproofs worked ! although there were hot showers and a bar at the third days camp (unlike the other days) which made all the difference!

On the fourth day we got up at 4 in order to be one of the fist groups through the gate, and to make it first to the sungate (amazing views of macchu picchu) and then macchupicchu itself!

the views were amazing and the weathe was very clear, whcih made the whole tip worth while !

We spent some time there and then headed back to cusco and to a nice shower and bed ! The next day we explored cusco and then went out at night with people we ahd met from the trip which was alot of fun ! (will explain the antics in person)

After cusco we travelled to arequipa where we did the colca canyon tour, basically saw the 2nd deepest canyon in the world, twice as deep as the gan canyon, and saw some condors really close up, altho picyues proved a little tricky as they move quite quickly !

we are now back in arequipa and goignt o see the movie 300 tonight in english with spanish subtitles !
