After leaving Cairns we had a long drive across the country and up to Darwin, we spent 3 nights in Darwin, on the way up we visited Katherine Gorge which was beautiful, we did a cruise and then a hike and had a swim in a waterfall pool. The next day we visited Litchfield NP which was very pretty, again we did a hike and had a swim in a beautiful pool at Florence Falls. We spent a free day exploring Darwin on a tour bus and then headed to Kakadu where we went on a cruise accross the Wetlands and saw a croc in the wild!
