We have had a great few days with Desri (our niece), Brad, Isla and Charlie. We have explored the Riverland Region around the Murray River and enjoyed their company and hospitality.

We left Adelaide on Wednesday morning heading to Berri by tea time but wanted to go through the major wine region, the Barossa Valley.
Before arriving there we saw this sign. Although only 13km off our route we did not go to my home town !!

Following the walk we had an excellent chinese meal with Mike at Ky Chow which is near his new office. Mike returns to working for SA Water in a week's time. It was great to see Mike and see his views on life in Australia. I updated him on his Northumbrian Water friends.
