This is an area of no new buildings. This is here because of a loop hole. It was built below the high water mark. It has been prosperous for fishing and a helicopter takes the produce away.

This was our first view of the Sound from the pass. It is named Doubtful as the first person to sail past was Capt Cook and said it was doubtful that they should risk entering the Sound.
