So here I am at the airport waiting for my flight to Australia! How am I going there already?! Have got a feeling its gonna be crazy fun tho! Singapore has been very hectic but very cool. Been running round like crazy people trying to fit everyting in that we wanted to do, could sleep for a week now! Also our first experience of staying in hostels. It was cheap enough for our own room in India and Thailand but more expensive from now on, the hostel was pretty cool tho, met loads of fun people and there was a really good atmosphere, kinda like being back in halls! On our first day in Singapore we went for a walk down Orchard Rd where all the really posh shops are, think the fact my clothes have holes in them kinda gave away that I wasnt gonna buy anything tho! Then we went to China town and had food at a hawker centre which was lovely, tried a few new things! Went to a couple of museums and had a boat ride down the river, a very busy day so we chilled with a beer in the hostel that evening. Singapore is so different to anywhere weve been so far, so organised and clean! Seems like no one ever steps out of line! Except of course for the one area we managed to find ourselves staying in! ANyway, just realised my flights pretty much here so gotta run......will update later! Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! love love love!

Im back!  In Cairns and its pretty amazing already, just planned our trip for the next 5 weeks so we can fit everything we want to in (just!).  Will finish writing about Singapore first tho!  We went to East coast park on the second day and had a picnic and hired some bikes.  Then we went to raffles hotel in the evening, it was so posh i had to put my least skanky dress on! We had a singapore sling in the bar and billiards room (a cliche i know but it had to be done!).  After that we remembered that we werent actually posh and ended up in a rock and blues place called the crazy elephant!  We went to Sentosa Island to Underwater World where I fed some stingrays, i swear one tried to bite me tho so i was pretty much just throwing fish at it in the end but what ya gonna do?!  I also went to the dolphin lagoon and went in the water with a pink dolphin for my photo taken, it gave me a little taste and now i really want to swim with em!  We also went to the night safari which was pretty cool, you couldnt really see the moats and barriers in the dark so it was like just walkin round the park with tigers and elephants... Singapore zoo was also good, there were polar bears and white tigers and the enclosures were all really nice.  So that was Singapore, we could have spent more time but im so glad we got more time in Oz now cos we just booked all our bus tickets and excursions and stuff and its all so cool and we still cant fit everything in that we want to do (breath!) think i could spend so long here!  Everyones so laid back and friendly!  Our trip for the next 5 weeks looks ace,going on Gus the bus tomora into the rainforest ( one of the highlights is the waterfall where Peter Andre filmed the video for Mysterious girl!  How fun is that?!)  Woah woah woah i wanna get close to you.............. im such a geek!  love love love!
