It seems that I am still on UK timing. I woke up at Mexican time 5:30am (again) and sat outside my room bugging who ever I could on whatsap and iMessage :) .
I took my time to get ready and went to find breakfast.
Mexican eggs or pancakes? Pancakes por favour! I must say that the pancakes were beaut!! Jam, maple syrup and banana <3
I headed down to the beach after breakfast and walked along the coast. It was COVERED in sea weed. I asked a man why and he said sometimes the wind blows it in. Not good for meee. I want to swim. Eventually, I decided to sit somewhere as there was only a tiny bit of seaweed and no body else was there. The sea was awesome, a little rocky, but very nice. My water shoes came in handy once again.
So there's me relaxing on the beach, reading my book when I hear someone call my name! I'm thinking no body knows me in Mexico! It was one of the American girls from the trip!! How random. I spent the morning swimming and sunbathing with her and her family. Such lovely people :):)
On a different note, I really need to brush up on my Spanish. Lots of people do not speak English here (not too surprised) and I'm left trying to talk to them in English with a Spanish accent hahahaa it does not work.
New phrase - No entiendo - I do not understand.
In a few hours I will meet the people I will be spending the next 32 days with. Let's hope they are as cool as me ;)
For now, siesta.
Hasta luego!
