Hey guys, AWESOME update, i loved the photos you emailed as well. Boot camp was crud this morning i tore my calf muscle i think so im on ice and then rest so that it heals hope it hasnt torn coz that means no more boot camp, stupid up hill runs. Girls are good at the moment i can hear Tyler in the miocrowave so shes obviously hungry... Hazels in her ball pit throwing all the balls out and darling sam is off at work...

Engagement invitations should arrive today or tomorrow, im not as good as you and didnt make them i designed them though but someone else is making them.

glad to hear you are safe and well,have you had a go on a ricshaw yet might have been easier than riding 13 km on a rickety bike .it is surposed to snow down to 400m tonight and tomorrow even surpossed to get it on the corromandel pin.caught up with amanda ,lilly is much better she had viral phneumonia and had to go into hospital for a few days.did you get to the 3 gorges dam when you were on the river,carn't wait to see some photos love dad,shar and amy

Got my hair dane today took 3hours.... looks ok but i do look alot like you now brenda it has a bit of a ginger look to it but by the time you get home it cshould be BLONDE.... scary.

Hi, Just me again...

Hazel had the rehabilitation centre this morning and she is doing really well, her left arm is holding all her weight and shes leaning forward on it and she has been sitting up on her knees, im so proud of my little angle, she hasnt had a seizure in 1half months so thats awesome. Tyler has gone to ma's till friday, it's the school holidays and i didnt know what else to do with her LOL, she had their stereo conficated this morning for blasting it really load, when i got home from boot camp i asked her why and she said dads mean, i told her shes silly shes not supposed to have that happen till shes 15, shes starting young!!!! Boot camps going really good lost 18kgs now AWESOME...

Hey.... Missing your faces already!!!! where are you today? your missing some great sunny winter day's over here.... Hazel started bum shuffling the other day so she is now into everything, Tylers getting smart and is now as of yesterday printing her own name (even if half the letters are back ta front). Sams Jobs going well, cant wait for the big bucks to start rolling in (LOL). Me im enjoying my boot camp im getting fitter and can run again now so thats good and i must be losing weight my pants are comfy to wear and a bit baggy YAY..
