We are now on the Island of Koh Samui. It took us 2 hours from Koh Tao by boat and we were shattered so went straight to the hotel by privte bus! On the journey we were driving past some lovely resorts that looked really posh and got our hopes up that ours would look the same but I think we got dropped off in the rubbish part of Koh Samui. It was very commercial and busy but oh well thats what you get when you are on a budget!

We spent the evening looking at all the stalls down a really long road and had a Burger King.... things never change. The horrible Thai smells are still everywhere we go but oh well.... the veiws are still breath taking and its still hot hot hot.

We spent the day down the beach today and it started raining but it was very refreshing..we haggled with a seller for some bracelets and we are doing more shopping tonight.

We are looking forward to starting our tour of Thailand so that we can meet people but not looking forward to the 12 hour journey back to Bangkok. 5 hours on the boat and the rest on bus.....
