To get to Chiang Mai we caught a 14hr overnight train which had seats that turned into beds very impressed, although there were a few cockroaches climbing up the walls!

Chaing Mai is much more relaxed, we definately preferred it here to Bangkok. There was a good night market, and an amazing temple called Doi Suthep. We had to climb 306 steps to reach it, and it had amazing panaromic views of the city.

I went for a thai cooking class, whilst Kate went on a bike ride across the country side, b oth where really good!

Also saw 2 elephants walking down the road whilst sat having a beer in a bar very bizaar!!!
