I got to Koh Tao on 2 May and stayed in an area called Surat Thani. Took a ferry from Ko Samui to Ko phan Yan, which run every day about twice a day I think and really easy to book. As with all these ferrys and ports, theres always someone either on the boat or at the port offering accomadation and plenty of transort to get there. Only spent a one day one night in Bangkok. So cant really coment on what I thought of it. It was hot I know that much, and smelly!! Took a tour of city though which was pretty cool!

Stayed with Jims Aunt Rose in Jo'burg in a place called Rand Park Ridge. She said that it would be best if we didnt go anywhere alone, especially at night! I arrived in Jo'Burg on 3rd April.
