We were expected at breakfast at just 6am in order to see the animals during their active time on Seymour Island. The island itself was quite barren, dark brown sand and quite bare trees. All the better for spotting the animals though! Right from when we first disembarked on the island we could see bright crabs and little black crabs on the rocks.
