Ticket on a tourist bus back to Bangkok booked, it smelt like someone had used the back seats as a toilet, and there was no suspension in that bus!!! Dropped off on khao san rd, this very area is why most travellers don't like Bangkok. Packed full of farang's giving all westerners a bad name, ok for a quick look around or if you like to drink on a 24hr period. So much more to Bangkok if you just go a little further...

2 hr trek across the city and back in the Campton's beautiful apartment, which is starting to feel like coming home. Quick shower and off to meet Jane (Mrs Campton tours) who has just been to yoga and is now walking like a cowboy!! J

Next stop on Mrs C tours China Town and the best street meal EVER!! After we had finally negotiated the underground we arrived into a mash of busy streets full of colour, temples with the heady smell of incense sticks. Chinese medicine shops full of jars of mysterious creatures, including sea horses and shark fins!! Then into the market, tiny cramped alley ways full of stalls selling everything you could possibly think of and lots of it... then for some of the best street food, even with Jane nearly being squished by a van squeezing down the tiny ally way. Back home and Jane cooked an amazing Thai meal, lots of laughs great night.
