Roy and Jo's Journal
Well we made it to Memphis! Since yesterday's brief entry we've seen the biggest chair in the world (see photos) in Anniston, then we headed north to see a big waterfall (Noccalula Falls). Driving through Alabama was beautiful, although we were definately in Redneck-ville! We then journeyed west to a place called Jasper where we stayed the night.
This morning we set off and first went to Natural Bridge, which was the biggest natural rock bridge formation east of the rockies! It was pretty impressive, and we even got to see an Indian face in the rock. Well worth it. And we got a free pen from the guy who let us in!! We continued west and went into Mississippi (see, I can spell!) The only reason for going there was to go to Tupulo, the birthplace of Elvis Presley. We saw his house (see picture) and it was tiny! Only 2 rooms. We were lucky too, just missing the big tourist season so there weren't very many other people there. We both really loved seeing where Elvis was born, although it was quite surreal!
We carried on, passing fields of buffalo (they really are huge) and then got into Tennessee where we are now. Tonight we're heading into Memphos, then tomorrow is Graceland and Sun Studios etc. Very exciting!

Sanaya celebrate when the most populated state and eciomnoc powerhouse part of their nation is on fire!Credibility busted! Here's the comment "Unfortunately for them, a lot of them are losing their homes in a forest fire today"So you read that as "Ha ha too bad for them, that's what all those California America haters deserve!"Whose fault is that?
