Hey all we're still here in Australia and still havin a great time! We should have been flying to New Zealand today but there's been so much to see and do on our wau down the coast that we decided to extend our time here by a couple of weeks. Theres been a few stops since we last blogged and plenty of beaches on the way.

After our time in Noosa at Steve Irwin's zoo we had an afternoon at a coastal National Park where we had a bbq by the cliffs and saw dolphins out in the bay.

From there we got the Greyhound down to Brisbane where we sampled some of the local fine wines and hit the local bars & clubs till the early hours.

...More quality time on the bus and we had a brief stop in Surfers Paradise where we got aquainted with the sea and the sand before moving swiftly on to Byron Bay where we are at the minute.

Spent the weekend camping at Nimbin, a small village up in the mountains where the annual Mardi Grass (yes i spelt it right!) Festival was being held. This was a bizzare place to say the least but the locals were very friendly and the food there was just as interesting as the atmosphere!

We're now relaxing by the pool and preparing ourselves for a big day tomorrow...we'll let you know how that goes when we're firmly back on the ground!

sorry there's still no pictures but the internet cafes here insist in removing the USB ports so we can't plug the cameras in to upload anything.
