Afternoon all, sorry for the lack of posting lately but we've been having trouble getting on the blog site at our current hostel. we've also had trouble ordering bacon butties but that's another story entirely!

Havin a great time here in Xi'an, playing pool and enjoying our luxury accomodation which is costing us less than 3 quid a night! Went to see Asia's biggest water fountain display a few nights back. There's were water jets and lights dancing about to the music almost as far as the eye could see, and the "Big Goose Pagoda" towered over us in the background. We've got loads of pics & vids but the broadband here doesn't seem to want to play at the moment so we'll post them next time we get chance.

Finally got to see the Terracotta Warriors yesterday which was very impressive and kinda weird too; not something we ever though we'd get to see...partly because we were so hungover the previous day (when we'd originally planned to go) that we didnt really want to venture out too far, So instead we went for a mamoth bike ride right the way around the city walls for a few hours!

Again there's loads of pics of the warriors and of us looking and pointing at them from every conceivable angle but i'm afraid you'll have to wait for those too.

Getting ready to move on from Xi'an this evening. Got another overnight train journey to Chengdu where we'll hopefully get to see some Panda's in their natural habitat! Will let you know how that goes...
