Update 2. Nothing overly exciting has happened, I'm afraid. But I have started working properly and have now done 4 full days of teaching, the 2nd 2 of which have been unsupervised. I currently have a free period as the class I would normally have now is made up of 2 directors (very nice gentlemen) but one of them has gone on Haj and the other has a very important meeting.

I have 8 groups of students, and they are all lovely. I teach from 8.30-3 with a half-hour break, then 2 hours (give or take) in the office planning for the next day's lessons. So far I haven't quite perfected the art of completeing my lesson plan within 2 hours, but I'm getting there.

Cally and I haven't seen a huge amount of our host family yet, but we see one or other of them every couple of days. We're still having issues with the front door, but these are easing now. We still have ants in the kitchen, although they're not very bad and only seem to be interested in the washing up. Although this doesn't explain why Cally appears to have thrown away all the sugar this morning (she leaves earlier than me so we don't always see each other in the mornings).

Right. I have to get to 4o'clock with no food, as we are all going for a meal with our partner company (I still don't quite understand the set-up) so I might go and get a piece of pizza now. Love to all xxx
