Really liking Siem Reap, by far my fave spot so far!!!! Arrived the other day after a gruelling 26 hour bus journey from Chiang Mai!!!! Once in Cambodia I've never known such bumpy and dusty roads - sorry dirt tracks!!!! It's unreal, the trees by the roadside have no green on them, they are totally brown from all the dust coverage!!! The people are so friendly and constantly laughing and joking and smiling, which considering their dark past is quite refreshing!!! Especially the little kids - they're so cheeky!!!!! Spent the past three days exploring the many temples and ruins at Angkor!!! It's absolutely awesome!!!! Took tons of photos, so watch this space, I'll try to get them on soon!!!! Next stop is Phnom Penh, then onto Vietnam for Christmas!!!!!!!
