My G-PA was so nice he came to get us at the airport in Florida. We were just arriving at G-MA and G-PAs house and saying hello because we havent seen them in a long time and BOOM went our cousins they were hiding there and were going to sleep over with us. The very next morning was Christmas Eve and my favorite part is when the cookies come out. Its so special in our family that we even have names for all of them. Here are the names. The blondies, chocolate logs (my favorite), the Christmas trees, the swirls, the croissant, the bows, the sugar balls, the heavenly dollup (these are the ones my Mom always makes for my Dad. This year she surprised us and brought them on the plane). We are back to naming the cookies now. Pignolli cookies, pecan tarts, chocolate chip, strufola, sugar cookies, chick pea cookies. You just heard my favorite part of Christmas.
