A very early start today - up at 530am to head out on a charter boat to Neptune Islands and conservation marine park. Shark cage diving was on the menu today - we all looked forward to it. Ros and Pol took seasick tablets and asked Gav if he needed any to which he said the famous last words 'I don't get seasick'... a three hour journey to the islands and Gav was a goner after not too long! Bloody cold water but amazing being in the ocean with these creatures. ...

We awoke spritely and not any bit seedy. Good start to a new year. Today was a 4 hour or so ride to Port Lincoln where we've booked Air B & B to house our meagre possessions in while we head out to dive with sharks (in a cage of course) from Port Lincoln.
