RolPol
The best night sleep Ros and Pol had - Gav sleeps like a sloth - requires long hours so we assume he also had a good night. Waking up to the lagoon was stunning. Reasonably start today - we managed to visit the bee farm, eucalyptus farm and ride all the way to the other side of the island to visit Admirals Arch - a NZ fur seal breeding part of town. Boy did it stink at Admirals! Pol was Photo crazy - Ros loved watching seals, especially the young pups. Gav managed a quick look and then waited at the bike ready to head off. That's about the only place we managed to see Roos alive - we didn't see many (alive or dead) along then roadside like we'd been warned about. We had a bit of an epic journey finding our camp for the night - the original camp site - Vivonne Bay - we found that a bit full and also gravely - not great for tents! At this stage we found Pol lost the map of the island and had to refer to a phone we didn't have reception and were flying blind (and a little frustrated). Maps.me helped save the day but didn't
