Austria day 3 So today I was assured that the hard training was done and we would only be doing 4hrs below 120 bpm on Jorgs heart rate monitor. Austria day 2 So after day 2 on the Jorg training program im feeling somewhat wasted. After another full breakfast with the crew outside the house in the morning sun it was once again time to kit up for a ride. Jorg had assured me we were going to go a bit easier today as we had a climb that was 24km’s long and to some 2000 height meters. Austria day 1 So after arriving at the family house just before 12 at night we woke late and had a breakfast together in the morning sun. So today was race day and one hell of a day it was. Alot of fun infact. Luke and I left at around 9:30 and rode to our friends house around 15kms away. I felt OK but I could tell that the 200km ride from thursday was still making me feel a bit heavy. From our friends we drove to the race and I got entered.
