Well its now down to my last night and I wonder if there will be any partying? Hmm ok so thats a given but its been an awersome few days here in Kona. The Ironman was great. Ryland did really well to get 2nd in 25 - 29 and Luke and Mitch both had stellar races. Great to see and very inspiring. Been partying with the Germans and Philippa on every night and spending lazy days by the beach or just sleeping. Suppose the good thing is im now on Aussie time so Jet lag should not be too bad. Well better go mack the most of things.
