We are now in Cobar, we did 560kms on Monday and arrived here about 3.30 and were so tired we didn't get a chance to look around so we are staying another day. There is a bit to see here so we went and had a look at the open cut and saw the big trucks working their way out if the mine with their huge load, it was fascinating. I thing it was copper they are mining but not too sure. It is lovely and warm here and it is nice to get a bit of warmth into the old body...

Day 2 and we have made it to Cobar, probably did a few too many Kms today but there is not much between here and Deniliquin . It is so much warmer up here we are already in shorts and t- shirts, we will probably head off to Burke tommorrow.
