Day 24: The weather had improved, and the morning was dry, although still not sunny. Perfect conditions for our Grand Canyon walk. Day 23: Rain! We tried to pretend we couldn't hear it, but there was no mistaking the thud of rain on the van roof when we woke. Day 22: We left camp early and headed back up the gravel road then turned down a steep road into Jenolan Caves. Having being so close to the biggest caves in Australia we thought we should pay them a visit, despite having already done one cave tour on this holiday. Day 21: after a leisurely pancake breakfast at our site we headed off for a leisurely stroll. We took in a short cave which lead into a narrow canyon, then a small waterfall. Day 20: Setting off for a drive through visit to Canberra this morning, Gareth decided to head in completely the wrong direction out of the campsite.
