Four words - holy snapping duck s***!

What a monster. Angkor Wat is much, much, much bigger than I had realised. It'd cover an area the size of roughly 10 S.C.G's. I'm starting to see why it took the slackers more than 30 years to build her. Previously thought they must have been Labor voters. She's damned impressive too. Pictures (mine) don't do it any justice. Amazing carvings. Did I mention that it's huge?!

The Cambodian leg has been a wonderful experience. We had an enjoyable trip in from Chau Doc, Vietnam. The boat ride was a little longer than expected but gave us a chance to get to know one another. We enjoyed lunch at the Titanic II riverside restaurant before heading over to an old high school turned prison during Pol Pot's reign.

The guides and locals have been super nice. They deserve a bright and prosperous future.
