Ok, so after Bocas we headed to an ecolodge in the cloud forest for three nights. This place was really off the tourist track, and took a good uphill slog to get to the lodge. So now were in Panama, and have just done 4 nights in the city, and have just finished 3 up in the Bocas Del Torro region in the Caribean.
