Hello all. We arrived in Ko Chang late last night after taking several forms of transport from Cambodia to cross the border including taxi, boat and motorcycle. We met up with my brother Mike who has just started his year away and proceeded to down a couple of Beer Changs on the beach. This place has changed so much since last year. Whitesands beach is now full of resort/spa type places. The chaepest accomodation we found was $8 dollars for a beach hut with shared bathrooms. We checked out another place on the island but there was very little beach so we are bach at whitesands in $13 bungalows. We are gonna chill on the beach for a couple of days before heading to Bangkok. The beach is beautiful and the sea very clear just a shame it has gone so upmarket! We dont fit in at all!!!
