Thursday, , starts breakfast, a delicious feast of cereals, French pastries ( which seem so much nicer than anything you have had before) and hot breakfast with sausages and scrambled eggs. With coffee teas juices and waters, , you almost need another hour to digest the meal, but we has a mission a short walk to Gare de Nord and catch the bus to Avenue Champ de Élysées , after a gentle stroll of a few minutes it was to the first coffee shop for Sharmaine and enjoy a coffee, and a short break then we were off a compulsory stop in the Citroen store, a few small purchases were made by all, then carry on and stopping at the Peugeot Avenue store were a few more purchases were made , by now Sharmaine was hanging out for food, while the others investigated McDonald's, I checked access to the Arc de triomphe, the queues were voted to be too long, and apparently so weee the McDonald's queues ,lol, so across the road to check out the amazing Arch @ ground level, a few photos and back to catch the hop on hop off bus, seems the best way to view Paris, catching most of Paris' tourist attractions, hoping off to catch the train back to the hotel, again a nana nap was taken by some , then back into the city for our amazing tour arranged by Marakech, bus to the river siene followed by a river cruise taking in the sites lasting approx an hour, been picked up and an hour trip taking in the sites in the city, similar to the earlier trip but more informative, then dropped off at the Effie Tower for skip the line access to level 2 and breath taking views of the city,, no seats so no coffee stop, so downstairs and admire the flashing lights that come on at 11pm, crossing the road for an amazing toasted baguette for dinner. Then taxi ride back to the hotel.
