Well we are 10 days till departure, although 9 till we head to the airport but Lucas insists on correcting me that we don’t leave until the 29th. Oh it’s going to be a lonngg flight!! As my house is a disaster and the last day of school is upon us, I choose to spend my time pondering. I’ve had so many people tell me they could never do this and as I sit amongst my mess of things - I get it! However in 10 short days we will be off on an unforgettable adventure. Sure things will go awry, nothing ever seems to go exactly as planned but as long as we can go with the flow, all will be well. It is a big deal, it is a long way away and it’s at this time of year I am reminded of all of you whom I will miss dearly. I’m happy for those that will come visit, I’m sad for those we won’t see for the whole year. I remember well the last time and I couldn’t wait to get home and yet here we are going again. Please know friends and family how very much you mean to us ❤️ We couldn’t go without your help and support- that I am sure of! Such mixed emotions over these next 10 days- please do stay in touch and I promise to keep this blog going!

Next stop Hong Kong (and in case you haven’t heard- I’ll have 9 whole hours to blog my little heart out!!!)
