Hi Duncan - sounds like you've had a great time and soon to be heading homeward. Saw Eric today and he said you were to be in Singapore for a day or two enroute for home. Not sure if you Visited Clarke Quay & or Boat Quay (the latter being where Dave left his video camera) under the table at the restaurant, and was still there when we went back!!) nice food. Not sure if you went to Bugis Street/Village might be worth a look. Dave thinks you should go to the long bar in Raffles - just for look!! - not a Singaport Sling. Did you go to Lau Pa Sat Festival Market - in the centre of the financial district (structure built from Scottish cast iron) - plenty food & beveridge stalls. Look forward to hearing your "travellers tales" told Reiff you would be home soon. B D & C.
Duncan

Norma
well it all sound scary to me whats wrong with a good holiday in Italy with sun, sea and lots of wine!!! The country sounds quite amazing though. Derek was out in Thailand in December and had none of these experiences although he did get the thai belly probs. Glad you are still enjoying it all anyway.
Jan
Well, it's a totally different set of experiences then! All sounds amazing. Delighted to hear the food is cheap and also that the beer is dear!!
Duncan

Jan
No photos this time? Did you get sand in your camera on Fraser Island?

Hi Duncan. Well it was a long way to go to find your feminine side but there you go! Your weather sounds worse than ours but no doubt its warmer. You do still seem to be leaving a trail of your belongings behind you though! However it does sound like you are having an interesting time with all the girls!!!! Hope the weather improves.
