We're getting really bad at keeping this up to date now so im going to just quickly and briefly say what we for our last couple of weeks in mexico. So in Tulum, which is just below cancun on the east coast) Me Adam Helen Liz and Evan (the swayze train) decided we'd get a cabana on the carribean and just take it easy because the life of travelling isnt as easy as you think. Theres a lot of walking... and... drinking involved. We stayed in the cabana for 5 days, it was right on the coast. We bought a cooler and filled it with few bottles of wine few bottles of vodca. just some supplies for the week.

Me and Adam decided to get our open water certificates. Which was a four day coast which included 2 test dives, 4 12metre fives and a written test on the last day. We absoloutely loved it! Tho i got water trapped in my ear... or there was some pressure. Anyway i couldnt hear out of my ear for 2 weeks. So I spent the next two weeks after that saying what! pardon! huh or just nodding and sayin yeah yeah to people (because i got bored of asking people to repeat themselves)

After our four day course we had to say goodbbye to evan, very sad! but all is not sad because when we get to sydney hes gonna hook us up with his dad and we're gonna go fishing with him on his boat and drinks loads of wine, cheers evan! The girls headed off further up the coast but it wasnt goodbye because we were going to join them in a few days after we'd been to playa del carmen for a couple of days.

Playa del carmen was apparently the old cancun, before cancun got so popular and it was full of europeans. We didnt do too much there, just got very drunk and met paul and elad who we traveled after playa to isla mujeres.

isla mujeres is a small island just off the coast of cancun. we spent 5 nights there, pretty much just laying on the beach. I really liked isla even tho we didnt do much, it was a good chance to relax before the maddness of cancun! One of the days Me Adam suz helen and liz rented a golf cart. thats how most people travelled around the island because its so small. so we drove around the island, got to the bottom in about 20mins. thats how small it is.

After isla mujeres we went over to cancun to meet elad and mark. Theyd rented an appartment for 5days. It was really posh for us because wed been living in hostels with mice and lizzards the last 5weeks!
