This was our next location for two night and to base our activities. Stayed at a cute bed and breakfast located in the vineyards called Locanda il Fornello.

On the way here we had an experience I will never forget.  Liam had wanted to go to the Ferrari museum and drive a Ferrari so we did. It was located in Maranello. We first had a look around the magnificent factory where Broph tried to teach Lynne and I about engines. Then we went across the road to find cars. Dad and Liam wanted to drive so I decided to do it too. Mum, Lynne and Broph were our passengers. Thank God I had driven in America on the left side of the road otherwise I would never have been able to do it.  So much power under your control. Dad and I shared a convertible called the California ferrari.  So amazing!!!!

The next day we visited Florence. Absolutely crazy driving in the city.  Very glad Liam is the one driving.  Went up the hill to have an over look over the beautiful city. Explored the tourist areas, and then returned to our accomadation with Gelatos in hand as we were all just about melting in the crazy heat. Luckily for us we had a pool at the accomadation.

Food. Had my first lamb ribs in three months and also chicken and salad in buns. Top quality grazing!
