We planned to have a quiet day today as the previous day was so big on the tour. After breakfast we headed off to find the tour office for our Halong bay trip and from there to walk around the lake. Today we ended up on a full day tour which we thought was for a group but we were the only ones so we got a private car and driver and our own guide for the day. First flight leaving Gold Coast ended up being nearly an hour late so we were both getting pretty tired by the time we boarded at 10.30. Our seats weren't too bad - at the front of the section so plenty of legroom - but narrow but not too bad. We got a bit of broken sleep through the night.
