Arrived off the night train from Hoi An early this morning and couldn't check in to the Novotel so we grabbed some breakfast and went to the mud springs. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it too much as I hadn't slept a whole lot the night before so I had a Valium and actually really enjoyed most of it. Soaked for a while in a mud bath, then a mineral herb bath then got a massage. We paid a little extra for a full body (which for some reason they're not supposed to do so it was on the QT) and my girl went to town. Ended up using a coin to get some blood flowing to my shoulder, painful and looked gnarly but seems to have worked. I was starving when we got back to the hotel so we checked in and grabbed some lunch (surf and turf). After that we just relaxed until dinner which was nice, and super cheap too. Had a cruisy night all in all.
