Not much to say about Port Douglas, it was nice and sunny and tropical. The hostel was ok too, friendly but noisey

We took a walk down to the beach for a swim, only to find out there were crocs in the area, stingers (jelly fish that kill ya) and it was 30 degrees celsius. They have a stinger net up to swim inside safely, but it was so warm it was sickly I thought to swim in it, it was only 32 outside the water so it wasnt cooling at all. It was still beautifully tropical around there

Went for a walk around the area too and up to the lookout. The beach looked like the beach from the tv show Lost from up there with its palm trees and hills in the background

Thats about it for Port Douglas.... short and sweet
